In occupied home staging most of your large items will remain in your home. Minimizing clutter and decor will create the need for some storage but rarely off site.

What is occupied staging and what does this process look like?

Occupied staging is when the homeowner and/or furnishings remain in the home while the property is for sale. The Home Stager will meet the client at their home.

When should I contact a Home Stager?

Contact Home Refresh once you have selected a realtor and/or 3-4 weeks prior to listing your home. This allows for the initial consultation and preparations needed for listing photos.

What form of payment do you accept?

Home Refresh accepts payments in the form of Venmo and Paypal.
